Icky Sticky Science

The fun hands-on activities will build an interest in science, increase understanding of science concepts and develop process skills. discussions may include oobleck, slime, silly putty, pop rockets and more. For older participants, discussion may include difference in types of polymers, plastics, and recycling. Participants will keep their own hand-made polymer mixture.

Inner Body Tour

This program will help participants understand how the human body works. They will learn about their internal body parts with the help of Oganella.

Inside of Me

This program introduces participants to the functions of various internal organs and body systems. Use models and hands-on activities to investigate different body systems. Topics may include circulatory, digestive, immune, muscular, nervous, respiratory or skeletal systems.

It's My Body

Learn interesting body facts, try activities, do some brain confusing experiments and find out more about the human body.

Science in FUNdemental

Science is everywhere! Children explore magnets, simple science tools, science inquiry, separation of colors and more. Begin the investigation of the basics of science through demonstrations, experiments and hands-on activities.

A Sense of Me

How does information get to your brain? Discover how each of the senses plays a special role in bringing messages to your personal command center. Hands-on activities and demonstrations promote the understanding of the way our five senses work.

Simply Science

Children will build physical knowledge through "Simply Science" investigations. Demonstrations and hands-on science activities will help children start their understanding of physical science.
Program length: 50 minutes
Minimum: 15 / Maximum: 25 (One adult per 5 children required)
Recommended Grade Level: PRE-K (Age 4+)- K
Cost: $4 per child onsite/$200 offsite

Storybook Science

Science concepts are revealed using the magic of stories. Our activity will start with story time where we will read a children's book followed by hands on activities related to the story's subjects.

The Science OFF Center Team will work with your Scout group, youth serving agency, or other non-formal education group to personalize our programs to meet your needs. We will come to any event! Birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, graduations, banquets, you name it!
